Hangouts Tab

First, go to the hangouts tab. Then, you will see a pencil button on the bottom right of the screen. Tap on it.

Event Hosting

Once you tap the pencil button, it will enable you to input the following information to host the event: 

• Virtual/In-Person
• Free/Paid
• Hangout Title
• Description
• Date & Time
• Tags (optional)
• Set the # of people who can join
• Video Link (if virtual hangout)

Click Post and it will be visible to all students from your institution.
